Timed Deliveries

We do not guarantee delivery of timed deliveries sent at our Budget rate.

Because of our flexibility we are usually able to cope with timed deliveries provided we are able to collect them at our normal pickup times and we have as much advance warning of them as possible.

Feel free to enquire at short notice about the possibility of timed deliveries. If we can help, we will! We only say no if we are physically unable to do it. Deliveries with a short delivery timeframe (ie. 4 hours or less) will be charged at Economy rate. Extremely urgent deliverys may be possible using our VIP service.

Timed deliveries requiring us to return to your shop between our normal pickup times will be charged at the Economy rate.

Across-town AM deliveries that need to be delivered before 11:00am must be available for collection on the last pickup run of the day before in order to guarantee delivery by the specified time. This is particularly important for Funerals.

All deliveries before 11:00am that are collected on the same morning will be charged at the Economy rate. We may be unable to accept last-minute early AM deliveries on the morning of travel.

Specific time frames - Deliveries that are required to be made within a particular time window (eg. between 3-4pm) will be charged at the Economy rate.

Late PM deliveries after a specific time will be charged at the Economy rate where it causes a disruption to our normal run. For example, it might prove difficult to deliver a Kangaroo Point deliver after 5:30pm because our drivers would be working their way out of the city to their furtherest delivery, therefore they may have to bypass it and return later. Obviously, the further away from the city, the less of a problem it becomes.

In the unlikely event that a timed delivery is delivered late, it will be delivered free of charge but NO other compensation or claim will be entered into.
