Basic Requirements
As we are continually trying to improve our efficiency when delivering and consequently our standard of service to you, we have identified some basic requirements which will assist us greatly with this aim.
- All deliveries must have a contact phone number for the recipient.
- Deliveries must have a full name of the recipient.
- All timed deliveries must have the delivery time clearly marked on the card.
- Deliveries to business addresses must have the word "BUSINESS" or "WORK ADDRESS" on the card, along with a business name and other details such as office/suite number, level and delivery time.
- For business addresses we recommend you obtain a home address of the recipient as a safeguard in case the person is not at work or has finished early for the day. (Additional redirection cost to the new suburb will apply).
- All bouquets should have their own waterbag where possible.
- All gifts, bottles, bears etc must be securely attached to the flowers or other items. We will not accept loose items.
- All cards must be securely attached to the delivery. No loose cards!
- All hospital deliverys must have a ward number or department name.
